📋 Project Description

The existing waterline has a compromised section due to pinching resulting in inadequate water flow to the home. Full replacement of the waterline is recommended. The new line will be rerouted to avoid existing trees rather than following the current path beneath them. The total length of the new waterline is approximately 80 feet. Work includes: Installation of a new Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV) Installation of a new main shut-off valve New connection to the meter Tie-in to the existing interior water supply line Warranty: This installation comes with a 6-year warranty covering parts and labor. Exclusions & Notes: This estimate does not include any concrete removal or repair. If heavy rock chipping or cutting is encountered during excavation we will discuss options and additional charges with the homeowner prior to proceeding.
