📋 Project Description

Interior Remodel. replacement of water damaged drywall in multiple areas. Replacement of two windows; changing one window to a door; addition of non-structural partition walls. Electrical work includes new light fixtures and replacement of switches and outlets; Revised 9/5/25 SM - Full remodel of laundry (new washer box and supply only same location) with new exterior door kitchen powder bath and full bath downstairs. Adjusted the gas line for the range laundry and fireplace. All other areas are cosmetic with new electrical possible new gas lanterns for front porch. 12/23/25 SM - REVISED - Cast iron sewer line is collapsed replace from the house until good piping is found (currently under the driveway)
