Interior remodel - The project includes relocating the master bathroom vanity to a new wall with an added sink replacing the corner shower with a larger walk-in shower and updating plumbing with 40 feet of new cast-iron drain line under the slab and driveway. Electrical work involves upgrading all outlets switches and light fixtures throughout the home with improved switch placement in the master bath. A French-style hinged door will replace the existing sliding door in the master bedroom. Flooring in both the master bedroom and bathroom will be replaced. In the kitchen new energy-efficient appliances (dishwasher refrigerator oven/microwave combo) a wall-mounted vent hood and new countertop and sink will be installed.
