Exterior work involves stucco installation replacing windows and doors converting one door to a window minor framing modifications structural reinforcement with a header beam removing one window due to damage and replacing with wall and constructing a permit-exempt retaining wall. Interior finishes include new drywall full repainting and Saltillo tile flooring replacement.
