Tunnel Spot Repair entry hole(s) at the back of the house where the sewer line exits and another entry hole at right side of the home outside of the bathroom. Then tunnel underneath the foundation of the house approximately 7 feet under the guest bathroom and approximately 10 feet under the master bathroom to access and expose the drains under the bathrooms. Defective drains will be removed from the plumbing system and debris will be hauled away. - Drains will then be replaced with new DWV schedule 40 PVC pipe and fittings in accordance with plumbing code Trench approximately 15¿ in the yard to connect the guest bathroom drain to the main sewer line in the yard. Reroute the washing machine drain out through the exterior wall and trench approximately 60¿ around the back of the house and connect the washing machine and kitchen sink drains to the main drain outside of the master bathroom
