there is a 4 inch cleanout going into a 6 inch cleanout and continues as 6 inch pipe. Technician did run 80 foot where majority of the run was underwater. Technician did verify that pipe is 100% full of capacity. Technician also verified that there are multiple Issues with pitch throughout the line. Technician verified that the line is also broke right before the tie in for the city.
