📋 Project Description

interior remodel - interior Remodel to include: Addition of (2) Cased Openings (Framed drywall openings) between Entry/Dining and Dining/Living Room; Relocation of (1) electrical switch (1) electrical outlet (1) thermostat and (1) Air Supply vent/grille along wall/ceiling approx 1-0 to allow for new cased openings; Removal of (2) Non-Egress Fixed/Picture Windows No Structural components to be removed or altered openings to be insulated waterproofed and patched; Addition of wiring for (3) new interior decorative wall sconce lights; Addition of (2) new interior electrical switches for new wall sconce lights; Addition of Interior decorative wood paneling measuring approx. 180 sq ft of wall space
