AT&T is proposing to install on tower: (1) Mount modification per attached plans (1) new wireless antenna (3) new radio antennas (3) new radio units and ancillary equipment. Ground work consist: installing (5) DC converters (4) 170AH batteries (6) 50A DC breakers (3) battery breakers. No change of tower height nor ground disturbance.
