📋 Project Description

Permit Scope Description: This permit application is for work at 1311 Exposition Blvd Austin TX 78703 ¿ Meter #6178568. This meter serves as the house meter for the apartment complex and is independent from tenant meters. The scope of work is limited to replacing the existing panel located after the meter. A new panel with an integrated main disconnect will be installed and new ground rods will be driven to establish proper grounding electrode bonding at the first point of entrance. We want to clarify that no work will be performed on the existing meter itself and no ESPA form is required as the scope only includes the panel upgrade after the meter.
