📋 Project Description

Video diagnostics performed from the exterior clean-out identified approximately 60 feet of building drain with improper pitch. The issue begins about 2 feet from the exterior clean-out extending beneath the Master Bedroom Closet and continuing to the area beneath the Kitchen Faucet. The existing 4¿ PVC piping is back-pitched resulting in standing water throughout the full pipe diameter. This condition occurs at the outlet of the building drain causing drainage issues that affect all plumbing fixtures within the residence. The proposed work includes tunneling beneath the home to access and replace the affected section of back-pitched piping. The new piping will be properly graded and securely strapped to the underside of the slab to prevent future soil settlement and pipe movement.
