The proposed addition of 470sqft on the first level in order to make the living room larger and to add a new bedroom with en-suite bath. Demo of a half-bath existing stairs and living room walls to create a more open floor plan with a modern design. Addition of 250sqft on the second level & reconfiguration of the plan.
