Plumbing Permit - Repair
Re-pipe hot and cold water lines under pier and beam house only for kitchen and two bathrooms. Install new water heater. Replace main water line from house to street with homeowner cut off valve and PRV on main water line. Cut out and repair kitchen sink drain line hall bathroom group drain lines and tub/shower drain line for master bathroom under pier and beam house with small section on main sewer trunk from wye to sewer yard line tie in at cleanout at house. Dig up and repair approximately 20 section of sewer yard line to remove backfall on line. Run new gas line from meter to furnace and water heater with gas pressure test.
