Remove existing water heater - Inspect area where unit was located and assess for any signs of damage. - Replace with builder-grade residential natural gas 40 Gallon Water Heater. This will include replacing water heater supply lines; water heater supply lines are corrugated and as they age or are manipulated they can create weakened areas prone to pin-hole leaks.
