How It Works

Zabalist aggregates information from Texas public construction records including the City of Austin ABC Portal, TDLR project registrations, and other government databases.

While this information is publicly available, we understand you may prefer not to have your contact information (email or phone) easily searchable on our platform.

What You Can Hide:

✅ Email addresses
✅ Phone numbers

What Remains Public:

📋 Your name (as it appears in public records)
🏢 Company affiliations (from public project records)
📐 Project history (from public permits and site plans)
🎯 Professional roles (owner, engineer, applicant, etc.)

To Request Privacy Controls:

Please include:

Your full name (as it appears on the site)
The email or phone number you want hidden
A link to where you found your information
Verification: Send from the email address you want to hide (to confirm it's yours)

Processing Time

We typically process privacy requests within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed.

Complete Removal

If you want your information completely removed from Zabalist (not just contact info hidden), please note that we can only remove data that isn't required for public record accuracy. Contact us at privacy@zabalist.com to discuss options.
