Updated: meter pull to cut power requiring only the temporary pull of the meter itself. There will be no manipulation or removal of the meter can enclosure or service wires from transformer to meter whatsoever. We only need to pull the meter itself to cut power to the wires feeding the homes main panel in order to install the battery disconnect upstream of the homes main panel. Remove meter to cut power to the house. Replace main panel and install electrical automatic transfer switch for subsequent battery backup system install. Reinstall meter to re-establish power to the house.
