Express- Foundation repair: excavate in 8-10 ft sections under existing beams to install new concrete footers including rebar concrete pour backfill. Remove document and reinstall historic stone footings and install masonry anchors flashing and waterproofing as specified. Concrete demolition and pour-back (not in right of way).
