Interior Remodel - renovating the interior of the home to be an open format floor plan with the removal of the central wall. New drywall to be installed and patched in areas exceeding 120 linear feet plumbing fixtures moved from south wall to north wall in primary bathroom window replacement like for like in the entire home and a french door to window change in the primary bedroom (egress area but with no change to width). Gas line to shift from the west to south wall of the kitchen. Attached carport and wood deck to be removed.
Interior remodel including removing a wall in kitchen/dining/living room. Rerouting plumbing and electrical for kitchen where necessary as shown in plans. Bathrooms to be gutted and have new fixtures and tile. Revision to add MP completed on 5/6
