Interior Painting minor cosmetic work

Replace existing Federal Pacific panel with new 400amp 3phase Square D panel

Trench and install floor drain to middle bar. Trench and install floor drain to middle bar. Work will consist doing a scan of the concrete flooring where the trench will be exposed for any post tension cables water lines rebar etc. and then we will proceed with exposing a trench through the concrete floor behind the middle bar area. We will also be using a plastic set up and an air scrubber to cover all areas that may be affected by dust or equipment during the excavation and backfill process. Once it is exposed we will be installing a PVC floor drain that will tie into the existing drain behind the bar that heads to the small grease trap. Once the PVC drain is completely installed it will tested for proper functioning and for any leaks and upon passing of inspection the trench will then be back filled and the concrete flooring will be re-patched. Timeframe: Job will take roughly 3 days to finish from start of excavation. Expose old grease trap and reconnect drain lines going thru it. Trench expose and repair belly in drain line for front bar. Tunnel expose and repair belly in drain line for back kitchen area Remove and replace broken portion of drain line for front restrooms. We will be making repairs/alterations to the drain system which will include 2 trenches and 1 tunnel
