Revision - We are needing to add a revision so our plumber is able to take out a permit for his scope of work. Here is what he was advised by the CoA Permit chat to do Since there is an active BP for the foundation repairs the GC will need to contact the Residential Intake Team to obtain more information on how to add the Plumbing Permit to the active BP.
