REMODEL OF AN EXISTING SPROUTS FARMERS MARKET. WORK TO INCLUDE NEW REFRIGERATION EQUIPMENT, REPLACEMENT OF ALL VCT FLOORING, PATCH AND REPAIRING OF CONCRETE SLAB TO ACCOMMODATE NEW UNDERGROUND LINES FOR PLUMBING, REFRIGERATION AND ELECTRIC.
