Hand tunnel beneath the existing commercial building to access the sanitary sewer system. Remove and replace approximately 4050 linear feet of existing building drain from the failed section outside the building to the existing double cleanout. Install new PVC building drain main and branch lines to tie back into existing fixtures below including required transition from existing 6-inch piping to 4-inch piping where applicable. Complete tie-in at the existing double cleanout test the new sewer line and backfill excavations upon completion. All work to comply with the current City of Austin Plumbing Code and applicable permitting requirements.
