📋Scope of Work

El Paso County is proposing to add an 8-12' wide (typical) shared use path along the east side of O.T. Smith Road in Tornillo, TX. The proposed pedestrian and bicycle facility will begin just north of Alameda Avenue, cross the Union Pacific RR (UPRR)
