DESI BROS GROCERY is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 4620 HIGHWAY 6, Sugar Land, TX 77478 in Sugar Land, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $185K covering 18,791 sq ft. Fidelis Realty Partners is the property owner and AWC is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on April 30, 2019.
Tenant finish grocery store. Most of the work is existing. We are adding a service area for food and a walk-in freezer and cooler.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
