HEB Grocery Company is the property owner and RLG Consulting Engineers is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on May 10, 2019.
A parking lot addition is being made for HEB Central Marker and a Parks Department trail is being constructed adjacent our site and down Matilda Street to Sandhurst Lane.
