Express: Cosmetic remodel of primary bath and powder bath. No plumbing moves or structural framing. Convert primary tub to shower.
Tunnel for Drain System Repair (Preferred): Diagnostic revealed a broken 3¿ wye for the powder bathroom. The wye is located under the utility room. There is also a complete break inside of the wall behind the powder bathroom sink. There is another break on the sewer cleanout for the upstairs bathroom. - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professionally proceed with repairs. - Begin by excavating the entry hole at the sewer exit of the house. - Then we tunnel underneath the foundation of the house approximately 7 feet to access and expose noted diagnostic issues.
Addition and Remodel The renovation of the entire existing house with two addtions at each end. A new workshop addition and the south end and a living dining kitchen and primary bedroom suite at the north end.
