St. Monica Catholic Church Drainage Improvements is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 501 North Street, Converse, TX 78109 in Converse, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $80K covering 2,200 sq ft. Archdiocese of San Antonio is the property owner and JDM Associates is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on September 4, 2019.
Demolition of existing concrete sidewalks. Construct new concrete areas and sidewalks to include steel sidewalk boxes to promote drainage of water away from existing church building.
