THE SCOPE OF WORK IS TO REMODEL THE EXISTING RESTAURANT SPACE FOR A NEW RESTAURANT SPACE.
Replace old metal halide parking lot light fixtures with new LED light fixtures. Light fixtures to be oriented down to where they can not be seen from property lines.
Install S/F illuminated monument sign
60 Tunnel below the foundation to replace entire drain system and 15 trench to repair yard sewer. 4 access holes-left back back right.
