The project has an estimated value of $400K covering 3,257 sq ft. Pedernales Electric Cooperative Inc. is the property owner and Stan Klein Architect, LLC is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on November 11, 2019.
Remodeling the front portion of the office building which includes, removing non-bearing walls, installing new floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Existing restrooms, break room and meeting room will not be affected by the new work.
