📋Scope of Work
New ground-up construction of two warehouse/industrial buildings consisting of twenty-one rentable units. Two of which are retail space and nineteen office/warehouse spaces. The majority of these spaces are to be finished out by future tenants.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

vandals gutted the electrical distribution system. All panel busses were stolen and cabinets damaged. Need to replace panels disconnects feeders and disconnects. Some wiring at panels will need to be extended and replaced as well. Attached is a one line of what needs to be replaced.
