📋Scope of Work
New loading dock room with four docks to be added to existing warehouse facility. Existing interior warehouse space to be converted to offices. New parking and flatwork to serve the loading docks.

There was a copper theft and damage to service would like to apply for an emergency repair permit and to get the power back on safely for a 200A 3P 208V Y service no new meter can required.
Minimal repairs to electrical service due to vandalism. Make safe only for Austin Energy to re-energize. ***EC will be removing two old existing services and building a new 400a service to include a 60a house meter only and capacity for future meters as needed. Building is vacant. -Hyatt***
