📋Scope of Work
Fit out shell space of newly constructed building. Work to include wall framing, gypsum drywall work, electrical, plumbing, millwork, ceiling and finishes.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Provide temp power for 2499 S Capital of TX Hwy NB B service upgrade. 2023-133083 EP 2023-119305 PR Take service off existing metering and put on temp power while upgrading/updating existing electrical service.
Replace one of two sub panels on the exterior of the building that supplies power to condensing units for air conditioning.
