Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work
Remodel of an existing dumpster enclosure located on existing impervious cover at an existing college campus is proposed; no change to impervious cover is proposed. Rework/reuse of gates on existing dumpster enclosure for ease of pickup and drop off of trash and recycle bins.
Replacement of failing double doors within existing Building 3000; addition of card readers at three sets of doors; replacement of roof ladder with a new ladder on Building 3000.
