📋Scope of Work
Vertical expansion of one floor at fourth floor level to provide a new 32 bed Med/Surg unit. Fourth floor is 18,355 square feet and there is a 2,859 sf penthouse above. Expansion will create a stand alone unit with staff and clinical support spaces.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
