Excavate roughly 70-80 feet to expose all the underslab sewer lines. Cut out all exposed lines and replace using schedule 40 PVC hang all new lines per code using clevis hangers
Run new gas supply from meter to new set generator
install/replace 200 amp main breaker panel and meter can (overhead)
INSTALL GENERAC 22 KW AIR-COOLED STANDBY GENERATOR (MODEL #G007260-0)
replace sewer from house to tap. Also tunnel under house to replace all drain piping for upstairs stack kitchen drain toilet and drain from washer in garage. All piping under house is rusted and rotted and has many separations
