Re-permitting expired permit number 2009-089735-SB so electrician can obtain necessary permits to perform needed repairs to the damaged meter. The 2009 permit application was approved and the work was done but the permit was never paid for. This permit is to clear it up and allow an electric permit to be issued for repairs associated with the damaged meter.
