Diagnostic revealed a broken 4ยฟ combo under unit D exterior wall as the main sewer line exits the foundation. The broken drain affects three units. - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professionally proceed with repairs. - Begin by excavating the entry hole at the front of the building at the sewer cleanouts. - Then tunnel underneath the foundation of the house approximately 5 feet to access and expose noted diagnostic issues. - If additional tunneling or beam penetration is needed a supplemented estimate will be provided.
