Interior buildout of an existing tenant space. Interior demolition, new walls, finishes, ductwork, plumbing, and new interior lighting and outlets. Adding exterior nitrogen tank in existing equipment/trash enclosure. New restrooms and ADA showers.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Nothing added or removed only wiring replaced for building electrical functio 3/O awg provided to match existing feeds and load.
Upgrade electrical service from 200 amp to 225 amp.
