THIS IS A REMODEL OF AN EXISTING 14,292 SF INDUSTRIAL WAREHOUSE FOR THE USE S OF MAKING METAL SCULPTURES AND ITS ADMINISTRATION OFFICE SPACES INSIDE A NON SPRINKLED PRE-ENGINEERED METAL BUILDING. THE BOTH USES WILL BE DIVIDED BY A 2HR FIRE RATED WALL
