Stream DFW VII - Phase 2 is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 1717 Lookout Dr., Garland, TX 75044 in Garland, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $2.0M covering 26,000 sq ft. Stream Data Centers is the property owner and Corgan Associates is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on June 28, 2021.
The project is a fit out of an electrical room and data hall in existing data center. Electrical and mechanical gear will be installed in the yard and within the building to support the new fit out spaces.
