📋Scope of Work

The Terrace Lounge consists of enclosing approximately 1500 sqft. of the existing Outdoor Terrace and Concourse, converting it into a bar. Also included, the full renovation of the existing ~400SF Club Lounge and the renovation of a V.I.P. Suite.
