Tunnel under foundation to replace cast iron for one full bathroom kitchen and washer drain line. Total length of tunnel is approximately 50 feet. 2 access holes will be made one in the back and the second in the front. Sewer line will also be replaced from the home to the city tap connection.
Existing Electrical main service to remain will not be setting new Meter so no ESPA needed. Remove all existing existing electrical wire and devices. Re-wire home and install new devices and lighting thru out.
