AHU Replacements is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 7600 Fennin St., Houston, TX 77054 in Houston, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $4.8M covering 15,000 sq ft. Replacement of six (6) air handlers (AHU) and controls modernization for one (1) additional AHU. One (1) AHU is within a mechanical room. Two (2) of the AHUs will be removed from mech rooms and installed on the roof. Other (3) AHUs are on roof.
