Tunnel for Drain System Repair (Preferred): Diagnostic revealed a broken 3ยฟ wye for the powder bathroom. The wye is located under the utility room. There is also a complete break inside of the wall behind the powder bathroom sink. There is another break on the sewer cleanout for the upstairs bathroom. - Plan of action is to apply for a permit with the customers jurisdiction to legally and professionally proceed with repairs. - Begin by excavating the entry hole at the sewer exit of the house. - Then we tunnel underneath the foundation of the house approximately 7 feet to access and expose noted diagnostic issues.
