📋Scope of Work
This project consists of the interior finish-out and renovation of Suite 200 in the existing single story building. The project area is 2,322 square feet and is being finished-out for the use of a bakery and coffee shop.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Installation of a prefabricated engineered mezzanine platform inside an existing commercial suite. Work includes mezzanine structure stairway guardrails and associated finishes.

Replacing main sewer line. Line will be stubbed to unit but no interior plumbing work will be performed. This is not part of the interior remodel work. Exterior only. Add a duplex pump system outside of remodeled space. This is needed because gravity fall cannot be achieved due to depth of line exiting the space.
Repair existing restaurant/bar overhead service and add 2nd meter and service for food trailer per Hyatt
