DESIGN OF A 15,500 SF NEW CONSTRUCTION METAL BUILDING THAT WILL HOUSE A TOOL AND EQUIPMENT RENTAL BUSINESS. A SECOND 30' X 60' PRE ENGINEERED WASH BAY WILL BE LOCATED SOUTH OF THIS BUILDING AND WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE SCOPE OF THIS SUBMITTAL.
