THR MD Pathology Lab is a Renovation/Alteration project located at 6124 W. Parker Road, Suite G36, Plano, TX 75093 in Plano, Texas. The project has an estimated value of $315K covering 3,000 sq ft. Texas Health Resources is the property owner and Boulder Associates is the design firm of record. The project was registered with TDLR on May 16, 2022.
Partial renovation of laboratory in MOB at THR Plano. Project will be constructed in (2) main phases. Renovation includes laboratory spaces as well as staff support areas.
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.
