Replacement of most flooring, trim, and paint (10000sf). Relocation of walls, room reconfiguration, enclosure of porch area into lobby (7000sf). Reconfiguration and expansion of HVAC systems, reconfiguration of electrical and lighting (7000sf).
Note: This project is registered under the Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) program. TDLR registration is required for commercial and public facility construction to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements under Texas Government Code Chapter 469.

Remove the existing outdoor 14-50 receptacle box and install the customer-supplied EV charger in its place. This will include disconnecting the existing wiring from the receptacle mounting the new charger making all required electrical terminations and ensuring the installation meets current code requirements.
