In order to install two new customer provided 2500 gallon grease traps a 12 x 10 area of concrete will be removed. This area will be excavated up to 12 in depth. The new grease traps will be installed per manufacture requirements and inspected by the City of Austin. The system will be connected to the existing inlet and outlet piping. Once the new system is in use the existing trap will be pumped cleaned and filled in with pea gravel and topped with concrete.
