Tunneling under home to replace cast iron sanitary piping for kitchen and bathrooms as well as replace or repairing copper water lines as needed. **We will be tunneling approximately 810 feet beneath the home with access located in the living room adjacent to the first-floor bathroom. The existing cast iron sanitary system will be replaced with approximately 200 feet of PVC piping. In addition the existing copper water distribution system will be abandoned and replaced with PEX piping
Create entry tunnel(s) to replumb/re-route kitchen sink drain line. Tunnel length approx 15ft.
Replacement of complete existing central heat and air system with or without duct work Install replacement of 4 Ton AC System
Replace 200amp panels replacing both meters junction gutter box grounding system and surge protection for both unit A and B Electric Provider - Austin Electric
Disconnect the generator and cap off the wiring in a junction box. Transfer switch to remain in place.
