📋Scope of Work

THIS PROJECT CONSIST OF A NEW TENANT IMPROVMENT (TI) OFFICE IN AN EXISTING SHELL BUILDING. THE NEW TI OFFICE WILL BE 2-STORIES DUE TO THE EXISTING SITE SLOPE CONDITIONS. THE MAIN TI OFFICE ENTRANCE WILL BE ACCESSED FROM THE 2ND LEVEL FLOOR.
